We employ approximately twenty employees, most of whom are experienced electricians. We make every effort to provide our employees with a safe environment and the opportunities to advance in knowledge of their craft, and in their position within the company. Our employees have the opportunity to participate in a retirement plan, health insurance, and personal accident insurance. Employees have paid holidays and vacation time after a trial period.  DEI also has incentives for ahead-of-schedule completion and ahead-of-budget project finishes.
